How to Play Pyramid

Twenty-eight cards form a pyramid, each partly covered by two cards below it. Remove pairs of available cards that sum to 13, drawing from the stock when you need more options.

Removing cards

Aces count as 1, Jacks 11, Queens 12, and Kings 13.
A card is available when no other card overlaps it.
Pair two available cards that total 13 to remove both; a King is removed on its own.
Flip cards from the stock to the waste for extra pairings — with unlimited redeals.

Strategy & Tips

Plan a few removals ahead so you don't strand a card you'll need.
Free the cards blocking the ones you most want to remove.
Use the waste and stock to pair off cards stuck in the pyramid.
Don't make a pair if it locks away a card needed for another 13.
